Any service exceeding 15 miles, one way from business or place of service when on errands, will be charged additional mileage at a rate of $0.50 per mile. Charges will cover round trip mileage which includes services that only require a one way trip. Services are offered at an hourly rate of $30 per hr. Complimentary consultation is provided for each prospective client in order to assess your needs and customize services. 48 hour notice is requested for all services. Emergencies may come up which is understandable. we will try our best to accommodate you. Contact us and we will do our very best to assist you. For your convenience and security you may pay through Pay pal. Select one of the prepay options and click "pay now" to prepay for your service time. Customized Weekly and monthly packages are available for your convenience. Please contact us for consultation so that we may customize a package that fits your needs.
Policies and Payments Payments Payment is due at booking of services. Minimum requirement for service is an hour or two task (when booking off task list). we accept cash, cashiers check or credit via Paypal. A $30 fee will be assessed for any returned or declined payments, in addition to fees/charges imposed by banking institution. Rates do not include cost of items purchased for client at time of service. You can provide cash or pre-purchase items using your credit card via Paypal. There is a 5% fee for any items or expenses purchased with our personal funds . This fee is non-refundable. Cancellations If you would like to cancel a scheduled service, AH! Beauty Enterprise LLC requires a 24 hr advanced notice. Failure to provide a 24 hr notice will result in a $20 cancellation fee. If access to clients' residents or place of business (if service is required there) is not gained by us as the service provider, there will be a $20 cancellation fee. AH! Beauty Enterprise LLC reserves the right to refuse any service that is deemed dangerous, illegal, unethical, immoral, and unreasonable. Privacy and Confidentiality All information regarding our clients is held in the strictest of confidence. we do not and will not sell any of our client information to any outside source. we will only provide vendors with the information necessary to perform required services. our clients" privacy is very important to our company.
